Privacy Policy

WTN.LIVE is run by xAverage Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India ("WTN", "we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept, for how long, and what you can ask us to do.

When a business runs a survey, that business decides why the data is collected and we handle it on its instructions. For this website, our own business contacts and public topics anyone can answer, we decide.

If you answer a survey:

your answers — a voice recording and its text, or the words you type; the contact details the organisation gave us to invite you, stored encrypted; a record of the consent notice you agreed to and when; and checks on the device used, to spot duplicates. Your location only if you choose to share it, and then only a rough area. Your IP address is kept only as a scrambled code that cannot be read back.

If your business uses WTN:

your name, work email, organisation, what you do in your account, and billing details.

If you visit this website:

what you send us in a form (waitlist, contact, data request or complaint). Usage analytics only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Error reports, with personal details removed before they leave your browser.

• To keep results genuine — for example, spotting duplicate or automated answers
• To reply to you and provide what you asked for

We do not sell personal data.

Our database and servers are in India. Recordings are stored encrypted with our storage provider, Cloudflare, and deleted within 90 days. To understand answers we use AI services, some of them outside India; those receive the text of an answer, not the recording. The companies involved are listed below.

• Recordings: deleted within the number of days the survey’s consent notice states — never more than 90 days.
• Answers and their text: until the organisation deletes its survey, or you ask us to delete them.
• Everything else: only as long as we need it for the reasons above or the law requires.

• See the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
• Withdraw your consent — stop a survey at any time.
• Opt out of messages with the one-click link in each one. We act on it within 24 hours.

Deletion is completed within about 30 days. For a survey a business ran, we pass your request to that business or help it respond.

The organisation that ran your survey sees what people said, not who said it — unless the survey is named and you were told so before you began. We also use the companies listed below to run the service, under contract. We share information with the authorities only when the law requires it.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, we publish the outside companies that process personal data on our behalf. A company leaves this list once it is no longer one of our vendors.

Personal details are encrypted when stored, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.

This website and our service are meant for businesses and adults. A survey may include children only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, obtained by the organisation running it.
