WTN.LIVE is run by xAverage Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India ("WTN", "we"). These terms cover this website and the WTN service for businesses. By using either, you agree to them. If you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

WTN lets a business ask people questions by voice or text and turns the answers into findings. You decide who is invited and what is asked. We run the technology and handle the answers on your instructions.

Use WTN for lawful business purposes only. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

You agree not to:

• Survey anyone without their informed consent, or tell them anything that contradicts the notice they are shown
• Survey children without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian
• Try to find out who gave an answer in a study that is not set up as named
• Break the law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful content
• Scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the platform or its APIs

If we believe the platform is being misused, we may look into it and limit, suspend or end access. We cooperate with the authorities when the law requires it.

Every respondent reads our consent notice before they answer. Your study has to keep its promises:

• You see what people said, not who said it — unless the study is set up as named and the respondent is told so before they begin.
• Recordings are deleted within the retention period you set, never more than 90 days.
• A respondent can stop, skip a question, or ask for their answers to be deleted.
• WTN may send a respondent a short thank-you or reply through the same channel they used for the survey (on the page or in the app). It is never used to sell to them, and it never goes by email, message or call.

Under India’s data protection law you decide why the data is collected, and we process it for you.

Prices are those in your order or agreement. Unless it says otherwise, you pay in advance, taxes are extra, and services already delivered are not refunded. New prices apply only to future orders.

The platform, our software and our brand are ours. Your questions and the findings from your studies are yours. You give us only the rights we need to run the service for you. We may use counts and totals that identify no one to run and secure the service.

Findings are produced with AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are directional — do not base an important decision on them alone. The service is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. If a claim against us comes from how you used WTN or from your breach of these terms, you cover our reasonable costs.

You can stop using WTN at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms or the law are broken, or to protect the platform, its users or others.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka decide disputes. If we change these terms, we publish a new version here with a new date.
